We are proud to announce the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between Vision Agency for International Development (VisionAID) and SPARK. This agreement represents the beginning of a strategic partnership aimed at fostering sustainable development and expanding opportunities for youth across Iraq and the Kurdistan Region. Through this collaboration, both organizations will work closely to implement joint initiatives in key areas including youth employability, entrepreneurship, technical and vocational education and training (TVET), and innovation in digital skills. The partnership also builds on SPARK’s strong regional experience and VisionAID’s commitment to impactful, community-driven development.
