The meeting focused on defining the next practical steps for launching the organization’s works and activities with clear priorities and measurable impact. As Founder & CEO, together with our co-founders and administrative staff, we presented our initial roadmap and discussed the strategic direction and future plans of the organization. The discussion was rich, constructive, and forward-looking, and the feedback we received will directly support our next implementation phase. VisionAID was established in February 2025 and officially received its license from the NGO Office. The organization focuses on the following areas: 1️⃣ K–12 & Higher Education, curriculum development, research, innovation, and TVET 2️⃣ Climate change, environmental sustainability, and renewable energy 3️⃣ Youth employability, entrepreneurship, and career guidance 4️⃣ Genocide issues, humanitarian aid, and refugee support 5️⃣ Bologna Process, university governance, internationalization, quality assurance, and accreditation 6️⃣ Women empowerment and leadership 7️⃣ Intercultural dialogue, social justice, peace & security, and political dialogue 8️⃣ Psychology and mental health, health & safety, CBRN, and risk management 9️⃣ Digitalization in education, web development, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, and network management 🔟 SustainAction — promoting practical and proactive efforts toward achieving the SDGs
