VisionAID was proud to contribute to the success of the two-day advanced training course, “Advanced Training on Referral Systems, Team Effectiveness, and Communication for Safe Space Leadership,” held on 21–22 May 2026 and organized in partnership between SPARK and Sparda Organization. As part of its ongoing commitment to advancing education, psychosocial support, and capacity building, VisionAID supported the programme through the professional facilitation and expertise of its member, Dr. Halmat Faieeq Darwsh Mahmood. The training brought together high school teachers, psychosocial supporters, university faculty members, administrative staff, and directors of psychosocial support and counseling centers. Through highly interactive and practice-oriented sessions, participants engaged in real-time simulations and advanced leadership exercises focusing on referral systems, safeguarding, ethical communication, case intervention, follow-up mechanisms, and support strategies for students with special needs and those at risk within school and university environments. The programme emphasized practical implementation, institutional preparedness, and collaborative response mechanisms, enabling participants to strengthen safe space leadership and enhance support systems across educational settings. VisionAID highly values its collaboration with SPARK and Sparda Organization and remains committed to supporting impactful educational and psychosocial initiatives that empower institutions, strengthen communities, and promote inclusive and safe learning environments through the expertise and dedication of its members.
