Shkar Bakhtyar Riza, born in Erbil in 1990. I hold a degree in Geography from Salahaddin University and offer a diverse professional background spanning media, health and safety, and finance. Currently, I serve as a Health and Safety Manager at the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research. In this role, I have actively led community safety initiatives and awareness campaigns. My previous experience as an Accountant and Auditor refined my organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with systematic management. I have participated in specialized workshops focused on Chemical Security and CBRN (Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear defense), which deepened my sense of social responsibility. I am deeply passionate about organizational work and believe it is a vital catalyst for positive social change. My goal is to use my expertise to educate the public on physical and chemical hazards while inspiring young people to engage in meaningful community service.
