Professor Dr. Salah Raza Saeed is an academic and researcher specializing in physics, with a focus on nanotechnology, surface physics, and applied physics. He holds a PhD in nanotechnology and has over two decades of experience in university teaching, research, and higher education administration. He is currently a professor in the Department of Physics at the University of Sulaimani and previously served as President of Charmo University, where he chaired the Bologna Committee and led the first full adoption of the Bologna Process in the Kurdistan Region. He also served on the Bologna Process Committee at the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research. Dr. Saeed has published extensively in internationally peer-reviewed journals on nanomaterials, thin films, and the optical and electrical properties of materials, and actively contributes to postgraduate supervision, curriculum development, and improving the quality of higher education.
