Current Positions • Additive Manufacturing (3D Printing): Optimization of FDM, SLA, and Wire Arc Additive Manufacturing (WAAM) processes. • Advanced Materials: Analysis of mechanical properties, carbon fiber composites, and photopolymers. • Manufacturing Technology: Simulation, manufacturing machines, and CAD/CAM systems. • AI Integration: Utilizing Neural Networks and Fuzzy Logic for process optimization in engineering and healthcare (prosthetics). International Coordination & Leadership Prof. Dr. Abdulkader has been instrumental in bridging German and Iraqi academic institutions through several key initiatives: • Program Coordination: Leads the DAAD-funded "Internationaler Blended-Mobility-Kurs" and "Distance Learning and Additive Manufacturing" (DiLAM) programs. • Academic Agreements: Organized the High Diploma Degree agreement between Salahaddin University and TU Freiberg. • Staff Training: Manages training programs for Iraqi academic staff in Germany, focusing on the Bologna Process and modern manufacturing techniques. • Joint Programs: Coordinator for the joint M.Sc. course in Production-Additive Manufacturing between SUE and TU Freiberg.
