International Coordination & Leadership Prof. Dr. Abdulkader has been instrumental in bridging German and Iraqi academic institutions through several key initiatives: • Program Coordination: Leads the DAAD-funded "Internationaler Blended-Mobility-Kurs" and "Distance Learning and Additive Manufacturing" (DiLAM) programs. • Academic Agreements: Organized the High Diploma Degree agreement between Salahaddin University and TU Freiberg. • Staff Training: Manages training programs for Iraqi academic staff in Germany, focusing on the Bologna Process and modern manufacturing techniques. • Joint Programs: Coordinator for the joint M.Sc. course in Production-Additive Manufacturing between SUE and TU Freiberg.
