
Ashty Kamal MohamedSaeed is a computer scientist, educator, and researcher specializing in networking and mobile communications, based in Erbil. She currently serves as a teacher at LALAV High School under the Ministry of Education in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq, where she contributes to national Information Communication Technology development, digital transformation, and training initiatives. She obtained her Master’s degree in Mobile Communication from Jawaharlal Nehru University of Technology, Hyderabad College of Engineering, in 2011, following her Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Salahaddin University, where she graduated among the top ten students in her class. Alongside her public sector leadership, she has held several academic and organizational roles, including positions in the Department of Computer Science at the Institute of Computer Science in Erbil, as well as lecturing roles at several universities.
